iSQL*Plus Server - Problema com LISTENER e TNSNAMES

* Versão do Oracle:9i Release 2
* Sistema Operacional:XP
Olá Gente
sou iniciante em Oracle e estou me especilizando no mesmo e estou instalando o EE na minha máquina e querendo usar o isqlplus mas não consigo acessar o mesmo
gostaria de uma ajuda referente aos arquivos de network para poder acessar o banco lembrando que GLOBAL_NAME = Oracle.W
SID = Oracle

Acho que até sei qual é o seu problema...quando você se loga o listener cai ????
Estou com o mesmo problema...

Você consegue conectar-se por outros meios?
Tipo: sqlplus, tnsping, sqldeveloper

Talvez a documentação ajude, principalmente esse tópico: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B105 ... tm#1006442, próprio para windows.
